Three pillars

Coaching, mediation and transitional support

Different moments, one aim: people who feel steady, understood and ready for what comes next, and teams that can run well on their own.

01

Coaching

One-to-one coaching that helps people understand their strengths, find their direction and grow in confidence.

Young people starting out
  • School leavers, students and graduates finding direction
  • Early-career professionals building confidence
  • Making the most of a first job or first move
Leaders stepping up
  • New and first-time managers
  • Quiet high performers ready for more
  • Leading through trust, not volume
For young people, parents, individuals and employers
02

Mediation

An impartial, confidential space for people in conflict to be heard, understand each other and agree a fair way forward, before it becomes a grievance.

  • Disputes between colleagues, or with a manager
  • Team conflict and breakdowns in trust
  • Facilitated return-to-work conversations
  • Restoring working relationships after difficult events
For HR teams, managers and business owners
03

Transitional support

Change is hard on people. I help teams and individuals move through it steadily, keeping focus, morale and trust intact.

For teams
  • Restructures, mergers and shrinking teams
  • New leadership or new ways of working
  • Rebuilding cohesion and psychological safety
For individuals
  • Redundancy and unexpected career change
  • Stepping into a new or bigger role
  • Returning to work after time away
For organisations in change, and the people inside them

My approach

Calm, fair and built to last

01

Listen first

Everyone gets heard, privately and without judgment. Most of the real story only comes out when people feel safe.

02

Read what's really going on

Beneath most conflict is something simpler: a misunderstanding, an unmet need, a system that sets people against each other.

03

Look at the bigger picture

Every solution is weighed for its knock-on effects on other people and teams, not just whether it fixes today.

04

Agree a fair way forward

Practical, rational agreements that both sides own, explained clearly so everyone understands what happens next.

05

Leave people stronger

The goal is a team that can handle the next difficult moment on its own.

What people say

From the people she led

Former team members describe the same things, independently.

No idea was ever silly. It wasn't "come back with a proper proposal", it was "that's good, put it in writing, run with it."

Former team member

You could speak straight to her, with no fear it would be held against you six months later.

Former team member

She honed into what made each of us different and channelled it the right way, unique to everybody's individual needs.

From quiet contributor to project lead

One team member went from working behind the scenes to leading projects, building an automated audit-analysis process and being promoted onward. Her colleagues described it as emerging "like a phoenix". Face your team, build them up, and be willing to lose them to the next level.

About Angelika

Built from the inside, over 28 years

I spent 28 years in one organisation, growing from a support role into management: first leading customer care teams, then running a licence management function for 14 years. I led much the same group of people, a team of around 50, through a great deal of change.

I lead through trust and by reading people and situations well, rather than by being the loudest voice in the room. People tend to come to me for guidance, and they tend to stay. Level Ground brings that experience to the people and organisations who need it, through coaching, mediation and transitional support.

I particularly love coaching young people at the start of their careers: helping them see what they are good at, and giving them the confidence to go for it.
